Tempe Camera Sender
Simply download the Mac or Windows* version of the Sender and drag and drop a folder of your images onto the icon. You'll be asked to name the package and that's it!
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SEND INSTRUCTIONS WITH YOUR FILES, otherwise we won't know what to do with them! Any common document will do, or get our PDF Order Form, fill it out in Adobe Reader and use the Save as Text command. Include this saved text file, or your document, in the folder with your images.
* Windows Sender requires Microsoft Windows XP SP2 with .NET Framework 1.1. You MUST have .NET 1.1 installed, even if you have .NET 2.0 or 3.0 installed. To find out if you have .NET installed, see if it is listed in your Add and Remove Programs Control Panel.

FTP Account
For customers who plan to send us files on a regular basis, we offer a free FTP account. Your files go into a private directory and you can add and remove files as necessary. This requires that you run FTP Client software on your computer. For the Mac we recommend Transmit, and for Windows BulletProof FTP. Call or email us when you are ready to set up an account.

FTP Guest Access
Similar to FTP Account above, but we don't set you up with a private directory. Good for occasional or one-time file transfers. Call or email us for login information. FTP Client software required.
Email
Attach a file to an email and send it to orders@tempecamera.com. Please note your email system may have a limit on the size of the files you can send. |
